After a $168 Schedule B1 Service, **** Hannah was unwilling to rotate my tires, with still 3/32” tread depth. At least Discount Tire will! Aside from this ridiculous exception, the service was excellent.

James is excellent service, he works extra mile to fix the problem. When mechanic first time did not find the tire leak(a small nail punch on wall edge,he asked mechanic recheck it, he nails down the problem. I will say that company is lucky to have James as an employee. He is excellent, very excellent service.

So far so good, service tech Dustin was great in listening to my concerns and addressing them and Holly my service advisor was just perfect in her professionalism and follow up. Had a great experience with both representatives and not forgetting both shuttle drivers namely Mohammad who was polite and a very careful driver. Picked my car up today and so far am pleased with the work performed. Thank you to all members of the service team.
Brandy was very patient and helpful when she gave me the news that replacing my headlight on my Acura TL was going to be between $350 and $950! She was good about keeping me updated about the progress and what was happening.
