When I called to bring the vehicle in for the recall, I inquired about having the vehicle looked at for multiple concerns. I was told that they would inspect the vehicle and there would be no charge. Upon arrival, they scoped the vehicle and stated it had multiple misfires and that it would be $140 to really check the vehicle out. I just wish they could be forthcoming and tell me the differences between a minimal and actual check of the vehicle. It would make a difference when decided what to do prior to coming in. Thank you.

Brandy was great and very professional. Explained everything to me, cost and upcoming maintenance due. Beautiful showroom and waiting room stocked with snacks. Quick response when dropping off the car. Brandy helped me pair my phone to Bluetooth. Finished at the time promised. My only gripe would be that it would have been lovely to have the front of the car vacuumed and a possible run through the wash. But all in all, very great experience!

Lack of follow through on response from text on having an additional repair made on our car. I called in to check on time for pick up to find out Brandy had not even given the OK to do the repair. Her story changed two times when we came in for final pick up of our vehicle.

All the work was done on my vehicle that was needed, but it took about 45 minutes longer than I was told. If services are going to take longer, it would have been nice for someone to come give me an update. I do appreciate the newly remodeled waiting lounge, so thank you for that. :)
