I requested the complimentary car wash and vacuum, but as I approached my car, I could clearly see that it was not washed. As I got in the car I could see it wasn't vacuumed either.
James was very informative enjoyed his nice presentation.
Sam the general service manager has always in the years I have service my car has been so informative, which made my decision making an easy one.

Everyone was kind and helpful. If I had to say andyibg slightly negative it would be ther was Noboby to help me when I returned to get my car. Everyone was on the phone and there was no one there to greet me.
