I asked Sabrina about the price increase for an oil/lube/filter; last year I paid $39.99, this year I was quoted $79.49...the price doubled in one year. I did have a coupon for a lower price, but Sabrina gave me a further discounted price to soften the price increase which I thought was quite extreme.

I have been at your dealership 3 times now, with 2 recalls, new brakes, and wiper blades.
Everyone has been trained so well, as they are professional, from the greeting, to the end of service. I love the change with the new look. The first time I came in for blades, which were installed for me, it was papered off. It was a delight to see the end result. Brandy has been fantastic, along with the other service team members. It is a place where I would be proud to be working at. I wish you much success.
This service took a bit longer than expected, but Brandy was helpful and friendly while servicing multiple customers simultaneously.
James was friendly, communicative, made sure everything was taken care of and even had a new rear wiper blade installed because mine was almost non-existent. Thank you so much James and the **** Hannah team. Just wish I didn't have to return that 2017 MDX loaner car!!!
Sabrina was wonderful and did a great job explaining everything. Sam come over to say Hi and is such a great employee. I love bringing my car there and do not plan to ever buy a car any place other than **** Hannah!!!

Brady was super helpful! Even gave me directions to airport; however, getting this appointment was terrible! I called three times. The first two calls I asked for information before booking. No one ever called me back after initial service contact. I actually had a month pass and finally had to get a bit pushy to schedule appt because I am moving now and needed car fixed. Would have just preferred direct service access as believe could have been solved much faster. I am a VIP member and will say this was surprising as have always had terrific service from people there. Did call system change? If so, Pls go back to direct access to your service team. They are always great. Thank you for all the service!
Tire change took 2 1/2 hrs. A lot faster at Les Schwab. Waiting room was cold, people were very "nice".
He treated me well and kept me informed on the progress
