Caleb was very helpful & willing to listen to me about what's I wanted for the service.
He took extra time to explain the items for my vehicle. He even took the time to show me where the filters were to replace. Excellent customer service. Service people like him makes the trip to Hannas worth it a 40 mile round trip when Ron Tonkin Acura is 4miles.

I appreciate the fact that he listened to my concerns regarding the squeaking sound from my breaks. He assured me that the sound I was hearing would be addressed and even went on to explain a couple of examples as to what might be causing the noise.
