Brandy was awesome. Took the time to answer all my questions and even assisted with an issue on the vehicle that was unrelated to why I was there. That’s the service I look for and will return because of it.

We arrived at the Service Dept around 10:30 am to have our car serviced with an A-1 code. According to the service adviser this is an lube,oil and filter change. It also requires the tires to be rotated. At 12:15 we were advised the car would be ready shortly. I paid the bill and the car was brought out to us at 12:30. It was not washed as advertised and it took two hours to complete the service work you advertise should take 30 minutes. This is not my expectation of good service nor could I recommend your Service department to my friends and relatives.
