Sabrina was great! But she was unaware of any warranty. She said service cannot see the sales warranties?! Which seemed odd. If I wouldn’t have been more demanding, I could have left very upset.
I can always trust that James will be honest with me and he’s always happy to explain answers to any of my questions.
As I have said before, Sabrina is an excellent employee. Most likely underpaid for the quality of service she gives

You did not use the oil that I told the guy who took my keys was in the trunk. I specifically told him they had permission to get it out of my trunk to use it.
