Pablo Ulibarri was professional and thorough yesterday. He not only took care of our airbag replacement he also took the time to explain our service plan.
We would recommend Mr. Ulibarri and **** Hannah to our friends.
The service was great but someone turned on my lights switch and It's cause my car to ran out of battery. I don't know what reason why did they had to messed up with my head lights switch. If they testing my head lights, it's fine but turn it OFF when you done. Give back a vehicle that ready to be back on the road safe and secure. It's not fair that I had to put up with the head ache an hour later stuck somewhere for something I didn't do.

Pablo did a good job to address the airbag recall, but having had other service work done on my both by VW TDI's at other dealerships where my vehicle was returned to me washed, I was surprised that this wasn't the case at your dealership. Especially since this was a RECALL service that took time out of my day to schedule.
Then to make matters worse today, (the next day) I receive in the mail another RECALL 24CV. Why couldn't other recalls have been checked on while the vehicle was there or even better, when I scheduled the appointment? It has to be on your radar for current recalls! Now I have to do this all over again!!!!
My main concerns were addressed. Although some questions were not answered. Experience from certified mechanics should have at least pointed me in the direction to get other issues with the car resolved.
1. I was inundated with emails and text massages about this appointment- I think I received 7 emails in total.
2. I asked a question via text message and my question was apparently "not received"
3. I had to bring my vehicle in for service because VW screwed over the American public and the environment, and you really wanted to charge me $22.50 to fix a brake light, and $29 to replace the logo in the hub cap, which by the way, is a common occurrence with those because either the design is faulty or the product is sub par. you would think that it would be better for PR for VW if they perhaps offered a little extra, since I had to be without a car for a day, that they could have at least fixed the damn brake light.

My service agent is great, the gal that made the appointment told me I would have to rent car and it would take 6 hours. It only took one hour and a half and so I didn't have to Rent-A-Car. I missed my physical therapy spot, because of this. I feel when the gal that books appointment should check with the tech person.
Pleasant with the customer. Communicates well. He knows I trust his work until he shows me I shouldn't. He is not close to letting this customer down. If I had a business he could work for my company. ????
