I had to call to find out if the Jetta window tinting was done and by the time I called and told it was ready, I did not have time to get the rental back with gas from Camas before the Service Department closed. I was helped by other employees and did get the car back.
Assigned service Agent did not communicate with me when he left the facility for a personal emergency situation. I waited well over two hours and finally talked with another service agent(Ed, I believe..) to get my car worked on and the work was completed shortly afterwards. We were initially told that the express service should take an hour and twenty minutes by another service agent from the beginning.
Such a friendly and courteous guy! I hope he is there every time I come in.

Ryan is a great service tech. You should give him a raise. Really he has always been honest and straight forward.

Fortunately, Gary was right on top of things!
The only thing that wasn't completed as offered, was that my vehicle didn't get washed.
As far as my service representative, she was great! I will look to her in the future for all my service needs! Brittany Draper was knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!

Just one comment re your car wash bay: while I appreciate my car being washed and vacuumed, the car has twice been returned covered in lint from a wiping cloth; this doesn't blow off, even after freeway driving--surely you have access to limitless wiping cloths?!!!
