Gary is my favorite person to work with he's very nice polite and feels me in anytime I have problems I would like to work with him all the time even if I don't have a Volkswagen vehicle

Ryan Wade today and Ali the day before were amazing! Great customer service provided and a willingness to go beyond to help me and insure my positive experience today. Before then I can't say the same. People were rude, dismissive and very unhelpful. I hope that they (Ryan and Ali) get some well deserved recognition for the professionalism and courtesy shown to me and the others that I have had to work/deal with have either rectified their ways or found a job that they are happy in.

I am a resident of Oregon. Your page on the Internet says that you do not have a sales tax for Oregon residents. But in my check there is a sales tax of $ 18. I showed my Oregon license. The manager who served me told me that this is a labor tax. But I know that labor tax can not be so high. 4-5 dollars, but not 18. In my opinion, I paid more than I should have.

It's always a good thing to know that Gary Pouliot is going to be helping me get things taken care of with my car. He gives me all the info I need to have whenever I bring my car in. He's always polite, courteous & treats me with respect.
Everything was great with the service, waiting room was pleasant, but the service just took about an hour longer than expected.
After spending over $2000 to find a small issue with the van you still did not find any solution and even managed to make a small transmission leaks larger leak. Then told me that when the technician installed the hose he didn’t notice that the condenser was damaged and now it needs replaced at a cost of $1500. This “damage” was extremely noticeable since I lost over 2 quarts of fluid in a matter of a week. I expected that you would stand behind your work, but I found you were just trying to cover the problem. I’m now bringing it to a transmission shop and I’m highly suspicious that your technician damaged the condenser when installing the hose. If this is the case I will be speaking to a lawyer.
Either way I will be writing a review in Angie’s List so another customer does not fall into this.
