First my parts were not in when they said they were to be in. I had plans to buy a utility trailer from a private seller which I ended up loosing out on because my parts were not in on time. Also I was not given a rundown on how to use my tow hitch that was installed. Still don’t know how to use it as this is my fist tow hitch that I had put on. I’ve been a long time customer with dickhannh vw and service is not the same as it use to be .
Fast, efficient and friendly service for drop in oil change....first one for my Alltrack. Liked the roomy waiting area too and the coffee and cookies.

I expressed my disappointment this morning after waiting three hours for the service. When I arrived, I was told it would take two hours and I waited patiently. No one came to tell me it would take longer for the job. After three hours, I decided to ask and was told they were finishing up. Vllad was very nice but he knows I was very displeased with my first time experience. Thank you.

I was informed for the first Tim that thenplatinum free tires for lif of the car did not apply to my very Passat.
They tried to say I had not paid for previous charges for key programming and I was forced to prove my Payment instead of DH doing the job.
I would not have needed to pay the $300 for key s and programming had **** Hannah followed through on their word to supply my second key as promised with the purchase of my car. I came to the dealership four separate times to get it and was promised it would be mailed to me...
I have purchased at lease a half a dozen cars from **** Hannah. Mostly through the Acura dealership, because of the excellent service. The vw service has not lived up to the same standard. This is unfortunate, be cause now I will go shop the market for my next new car.

The problem was diagnosed within a reasonable amount of time and the mechanics were able to recommend a reasonable solution quickly.
Gary was ready and waiting for me at my appointment time. He explained how my service was going to work, promptly called me when it was going to take longer than first expected and followed up as soon as it was complete.

Far better then I expected, last **** Hanna Experience was with a Jeep years ago and it cost me a fortune, having all my needs met free was exceptional, Gary communicated thru out the day and it was done by the end of the day. Great service. If I lived closer I'd come for regular oil changes etc... But for all VW spacific things I will be a regular customer!
