I understand that this was a busy weekend due to the holiday, so I appreciate you all being open, but this visit was the worst visit I’ve ever had at this establishment. I arrived about 20 minutes early for my appointment to drop off my car, so I could make a meeting. I was not acknowledged by our scheduled consultant until after 20 minutes when another consultant had asked us to get out of the car, so they could move the car behind us, and yet another consultant checked us in. She said it would take two hours, but someone would let us know for sure. After three hours, I texted the customer service number twice to receive an ETA for completion and did not receive a response. I called the service line, where the representative told us our scheduled consultant would call us back. They did not. I had to call back again to get an update on my car. While trying to get back, our consultant did not listen to our new location and scheduled our return Lyft at the wrong location, and required a second phone call to get a new Lyft. During the entire visit, I did not feel that I was treated with respect, nor was my time valued for the amount of money that I paid this visit, and each time I have visited throughout the years.

The new tires that were installed did not have enough air in them. The tpms light came on on the way home. The cost came in over the estimate. Austin was great. He kept us informed on the progress of the repairs.
