Despite my wife agreeing to pay $90 to have air filters replaced,I called and requested that this not be done. When my wife picked the car up, the filters had been replaced. Just frustrated. Service was otherwise very good.

I went for an oil change. When I asked afterward about my check engine light still being on (because knowing nothing about cars I assumed it meant I needed an oil change) all I was told was that I needed the code checked and that it had nothing to do with an oil change. Instead of offering to check the code I was sent on my way. I was at once happy with the people and service here, but lately when I have gone in the service has gone down hill. I dont understand if I purchased a car why not offer a free code check? Especially since I'm told I have to have my car serviced through **** hannah....I was not happy at all today and hope I do not have to go back, it's over priced with bad service.
