**** Hanna. Our service manager, Michele, is second to none. We got our vehicle back in two hours as promised .
I brought my car back after taking it in about 10 days ago. It had a new problem which I suspect was possibly caused by the service that I did earlier. They insisted it was not, but took way too long to identify the problem and charged me a ton of money for labor. I would have felt better about the visit had it been done more quickly and not cost as much. It is the third time in a row that I have visited this service center and left feeling somewhat exploited. We are currently debating about whether we will continue to bring our two Hondas to this establishment. Both of which were also purchased there.
She was great! Immediately assessed everything needed and even helped clarify the price differences between a coupon online and what was actually being offered. Really appreciated her diligence

Che is the only service manager we want to work with because he is a true professional. He answers our questions in ways we can understand, he is through, and reviews the overall autos status at each service appointment. He bas worked with us has worked with us for many years on the 2002 Honda van and our 2 newer cars. He gives his honest opinion about repairs and helped us retire a Subaru that was not worth repairing.

She was completely attentive from start-to-finish and took the extra time to ask questions and fully understand the issues with my vehicle. This is not the experience I’ve had with every employee at **** Hannah.
