Leslie was awesome as always. However I feel like service has been taking longer than it should that last few times i have been there.
I had an appointment for my oil change and it took 1 1/2 hours longer than what was promised. I understand things can get busy and backed up but Tyler was not anywhere to be found for the last hour and I was never notified that it would be longer. I need to be able to plan and be aware especially when I’m trying to feed and have my 10 month old nap. Tyler finally showed up and I went strait to his desk and my car keys were there and my car was ready to go and I was not notified. I wonder how long my car was actually ready.
Top notch all around! Even though my actual appointment wasn't with you, as I had thought, you took me in and treated me so well that I let my Husband to make the same arrangement next time around.

I was just thinking about my positive experience with **** Hannah once again and Jerry Reynolds was just fantastic and provided me with a rental car on short notice. I had been thinking I have to call in and communicate what a great experience I have EVERY time I go in for an oil change or whatever service is needed. Your team is wonderful and demonstrate they truly believe in your motto and with a personal touch. Jerry Reynolds made sure the recalls were taken care of and made the “inconvenience” a truly NICE experience so it wasn’t an inconvenience after all!! ??????????????
