Austin was phenomenal from the moment I can in. His service in general is the best I’ve had, and this my third Honda. He also helped out with extra issues and went above and beyond. I will come back because of his wonderful service as well as being personable. I was told that I would have a loaner car when I scheduled the appointment. I asked several times and was assured that I would have one so I could return to work. I was told if there was any problem with a loaner car I would receive a call prior to the appointment. This never happened and there was not a loaner car available. VERY FRUSTRATING!! I am driving to Seattle and needed the service completed today. The gentleman helping me was nice and was able to expedite my service, I was thankful for that but your phone staff needs better training. This should not happen!

Finally! The service that I’ve been wanting for a long time. The past two service appointments I’ve had were nightmarish to say the least. Allie was a breath of fresh air— super friendly and attentive. Most of all, I got that elusive car wash albeit in the form of a gift card but heck, I’ll take it.

I am pleased with your Express Service department. They did a great job and the the price was good for high quality service. I am very happy that Chuck’s time estimate was very accurate and the job was finished before the scheduled time. I was pleased with Chuck’s guidance on what service needed to be performed and which should wait for the factory scheduled interval.
