Jeffrey M. was a delight to work with. A recent, previous experience with Honda Service left me with a very bad perception of how things are run around there.
Jeff was the ONLY person who took the time to listen, and was successful I’m turning things around for us, restoring our faith in **** Hannah Honda Service, and that, seemingly, was no small feat!
We truly hope upper management knows the worth of Jeff M. as an employee there. So many folks get overlooked and never get the raise, better position, and/or acknowledgment they deserve in life and work because they are the humble, quiet one’s that do the lion’s share of the work in the background, while the squeaky wheels get the “grease” in the form of raises, promotions, and the like.
Hopefully management has an idea of who he is, and the valuable people skills he brings to the table there at **** Hannah. We bought a new Ridgeline in ‘07 with full Rewards package, and just bought a new Honda CR-V in 2017 with full rewards package. After our sour experience we were never going to buy again from D.H., but Jeff turned that around for us, and you as a business.

Me and my husband got our Honda civics windows tinted. We were very glad that Leslie was there to help us... She showed us the different shades of the tints and helped us decide which % of darkness to go with. We are very satisfied with the way our windows look
