I was told I would receive a “loaner vehicle” when I made my appointment, which I was depending on, as I have a 3 year old son and we needed to be able to go home until my car was finished. When I checked my car in for service I was told that wasn’t the case. My entire experience with Jeff was sub par and he seemed very frustrated with me when I requested the return Uber ride to pick up my vehicle stating “our company has to pay for this so if you can just get a ride before 5:30 that would be best”. I was told my car needs other service however I will take it elsewhere because of the poor customer service I received. In addition, I believe it would very beneficial If the person who set my appointment gave correct information regarding renting a car, and directions on where to take the vehicle, etc.
Jeff is always easy to work with, he answers most of our questions before we even ask them. Everything went off as planned and Jeff kept us updated and the work was done on time.
Work was performed in accordance with the vehicular recall. The estimated time to complete the work was correct Highly professional.
