I was charged more than I was quoted
I asked if they understood an ignition interlock. I showed Jerry the extra mouth pieces. I was assured everything would be fine. I got a text hours later telling me my car was finished. I show up to find pink marker outlining the work to be done on my car. Nothing had been done since no one could start the car. I was given the keys and sent away. To say I was dissatisfied is an understatement.
The interior of the car was dirtier than when I left it. Otherwise, the work done seems to be fine.
I love working with Michelle in the service dept. she is amazing.

Service was fine but there was grease or dirt from a shoe on the interior door panel.

Tyler was busy and I checked my car out with the man that sits two desks away. I saw the red check mark for check fluids, etc. I asked about it and he said it was taken care of. Then I read the full report when I get home and it says the work was recommended but not completed. Why was it not competed? Why was in or asked if if should be done? Why did my car come back needing work and when I left they said it was all good. Not too happy now.
