I took my Honda Element in to your service yesterday, I've only owned the car for about a month. I had asked to have the wiper blades replaced, and there was a dash light on that I thought was associated with the airbags needed to be recalled. When I picked my car up we did not discuss the findings that the technician found. And I was told I would be getting a phone call about an estimate for having air condition installed into my car. The wiper blades were not replaced, I understand that you guys were very busy yesterday. But just now I got the paperwork out of my car and found some very interesting findings from the technician that should have been discussed before releasing the car to me. Not very happy had I known the car needed these things I would have chosen to leave it with you and had them fixed. It has been a few years since I've brought our 2013 Tundra and for a service to you guys, we typically used Toyota up in Longview. But I remember going over all of the recommendations from the technician. I thought maybe this had changed. Another issue that I have a some of the recommendations are things I just had done at a mechanic's a few weeks ago. So I don't know if they legit need to be done if it was just a glance or going off of the age of the car cuz this could be a serious issue. The lady who helped me was very nice I did appreciate that and my car was taken care of in a timely manner but I'm not very happy to find this information a day later. Sincerely Pamela Lee

Leslie is amazing and so helpful. We are happy with our service, however we discovered after picking it up they forgot to latch the hood so had to stop on freeway to do it. Please remind service techs to be sure hood is shut. Thank you

Great Service from Chris! Jimmy! & Jerry. Thank you for time & hard work to get my car back in good shape! A tiny thing ...could have tossed in a gas card as my tank was full but they drove it to Vanc & back...however I see they were trying to get my service done sooner. Thank you guys. Would absolutely come back!!

Just like a typical scheduled appointment, it takes way too long to get service done here. I was told an hour to an hour and a half and had to wait two hours for an oil change. Why do we even make appointments if you’re going to make someone wait an hour for a 30 min job? I only come to the dealer because they said they’d extend my warranty. But the prices are ridiculous and the wait time is even worse. Would not continue to come back if It didn’t extend our original purchase warranty.

When I purchased this van I was given a life of alarm and key service The most rediculas rude service as this Leslie said And I quote Your no getting it for free and no one keeps a vehicle this long Your service promises have run out and I’m just not sure what the problems is ! Then they said However our records don’t go back that far ! WHAT NO FOLLOW THROUGH TOO MANY HUH WHAT UM ABSOLUTELY WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM YOU AGAIN UNLESS THIS IS IMIDATELY FIXED HOW IMBARRESING FOR YOU ! This is gross at best !
