Michele was great! She was thorough and answered all my questions. I very much appreciated her excellent customer service and communication. Because my vehicle is still under factory warranty, I now need to take it to Nissan to be worked on. I wish I would have known that sooner! Not Michele’s fault at all, Michele was a gem. Just wish I would’ve known to take my car to Nissan.

I’m frustrated that, when I brought my car in for oil change service a month ago and asked that they check my tire out as it was low, they didn’t find the nail in the side wall. I had to come back in today and wait 1.5 hours to be told that it wasn’t fixable and the replacement tire wasn’t in stock. I took my business elsewhere!

Tyler went out of his way to not only take care of my car and keep me informed he also saved me money. It was a small thing, a valve stem for my tire that would have only been $20 or so but the fact that they were able to repair it without replacing the valve was pretty cool. This was my first time using this service dept but the honesty and integrity of the service won me over. Ill be back for my next oil change. Thank you Tyler.
