Recall service work: The ball was dropped TWICE. The first time I brought my car in for recall repair AFTER I was told the parts had arrived. Two hours later I get a call telling me the box was missing two components. I picked up my car and returned a week later after the service department called to tell me the subject parts were in. I made the second trip only to be told the parts had not been received. Ultimately parts were obtained from another dealership. This delay caused me to be late for an arriving PDX passenger. Very frustrating.

The service to my car was great. Leslie did not check me in because she was busy so someone else did. When I picked my car up Leslie was short tempered because she got stuck in morning traffic and apparently a bad morning. Dealing with her first thing in the morning wasn’t pleasant and for future services will request to be helped by someone else.

There was an extra charge compared to the last time I had this service done. Additionally, I saw several things that were called out as needing to be done I was not contracted about and so they were not done.
