Your survey should have a sliding scale because I was not totally excited. I talked to 3 people giving them all the same information. I also left an additional request for trim piece that Leslie said she ever got the message.
Chuck was terrific. He explained the process, collected all the relevant information, and showed me the way to the pleasant waiting room. As soon as the service was completed, he explained the results, noted the engine filter was getting dirty and should be checked again next time, handled the payment process, gave me printouts of everything and escorted me to my car. I greatly appreciate his courtesy and professionalism.
