Shawn did an awesome job, amazing customer interaction and handled things in a fast and easy manner. Only thing that I noticed was after my service was performed I noticed some of my items from the glove box was left on the floor and the remaining items were stuffed back in. Other than that, absolutely no complaints.

Very disappointed, it seems your establishment is more concerned to making a "sale" instead of helping your customers with concerns or questions. I had a question in regards to what my car package covers under maintenance and I was directed to your sales floor. I spoke to two i individuals who asked me if I needed assistance in which I responded with a yes as I wanted someone to explain some things on my contract that will end in the next 6 months. Both times I was told someone would help me and no one came to assist nor did they show any concerns or showed a sense of urgency to help. I'm sure if I would have said I wanted to purchase a vehicle or getting a new lease I would not have had such a bad experience. Customer Experience and Sales goes hand in hand and even a sale may not happen in the moment but rest assured your establishment planted a bad seed with the experience. Disappointed and upset .

Ridiculous estimate for brake fluid flush and cabin filter replacement. Especially for bulb replacement which I have done there before at a fraction of the price. Will not be back. Will never buy a car from Hannah. Will definitely let friends and family know about bad experience.

Chuck did not help me at all. He did not keep me in the loop. Did not communicate well and did not listen to or deal with my concerns. I am very unhappy with how **** Hannah is handling my current problem and their ability to chart past work correctly.
