We made arrangements to drop the car off on Monday morning even though our appointment was Tuesday morning at 7. When we arrived, Leslie didn’t have time to talk with my husband and had no idea what the car was there for. A very detailed list of service requirements had been put in the online registration form. She called later to discuss it all. Monday evening she called to let us know it wouldnt be ready until Tuesday evening, which is what we expected. I called Tuesday afternoon, Wednesday morning, and Wednesday afternoon to see if it was ready. I never received a call, text, or email back. Finally I called the main service number and found out the car was ready. Michelle was supposed to check me out and she had multiple people in line. Jerry graciously helped me check out, that was the only smooth part of the process. This is not the quality of service we are used to from your department.
Very thorough with looking over previous maintenance, current reading/mileage and forecasting a plan for my vehicle. Very understanding and willing to take time wit me without sounding put out. Thankful for getting him for my service

Unfortunately the person who made my appt didnt know how long it takes to do an interior detail. She told me it would take 2.5 hrs and so I booked my appointment for the morning of the day I needed it to pick up relatives coming from out of town. Needless to say, when I got there they told me it would be all day . I could have scheduled it on other days but didn’t based on her recommendation. I ended up in a rental which caused other other inconvenience s. The whole deal was no good

Kept me updated and explained the report
Chuck texted that our vehicle was done, but never told me that the order was incomplete. When I asked him about this he made excuses and was rude to me, and did not take responsibility for not asking if I wanted or needed anything else. When I told him I needed to speak to a manager he told me I could go find one that he would not help me. He continued to be rude and completely unhelpful. I am completely unsatisfied and unhappy with this appointment especially since he had my car ALL day from 9-4. Very unsatisfied

Shawn and the mechanics always take great care of my vehicles. All of the staff members are very friendly and courteous.
I feel very upset it was recommended that I needed a timing belt and water pump replacement at just over 50k miles and with the vehicle being only 4 years old. Manufacturer recommendation is at 7 years or 105k - whichever comes first. I also called two very reputable Honda mechanics who verified the same thing. When it comes time for that work, they will also complete the same service at half the price. I won’t be coming back.
