Took my car in too fix ac . Didn’t have parts for 2 days . Which was fine . Ac worked for less then 10 minutes. Now I need to waste my time and bring it in again to get it fixed

Everything was great, however when the courtesy vehicle was brought for me and I got in, the loud music playing with swearing was to much. I am glad that I did not have any of my kids with me. Everything else was outstanding.

Great service by Austin today! Everyone was friendly and professional. In for just an engine clean but staff found important recall for a second airbag recall and got that replaced within a short amount of time. Overall wait time for all work was reasonable .

Love the car. Salespeople were great. The car was horribly detailed though. Swirl marks all through the paint, dried compound left all over the car, bad water spots imbedded in the paint. The tire valve stem caps were missing. The drivers side seat belt guide is broken. There are a couple small dents in the car that would have been easy to pull. Sales, and finance staff were excellent. But whoever details the cars should be put to work for Vancouver Ford.

Austin Bishop was amazing. He was kind and helpful and understanding. I wasn’t happy with being that I was just in there and had my vehicle serviced in February that now being back my starter went out. Seems odd to me this was missed when running diagnostics 5 months ago. Also complete side note, I find it kind of comical that after spending so much money on parts and labor to have my vehicle up and running that all I get out of the deal is a free car wash at another service provider, not even as little as having my floors and seats vacuumed.

Not sure if you try to rip everyone off this bad or if the Honda service team decided to target me as a young woman but I cannot believe you tried to charge me $2000 for one brake caliper replacement on a Fit. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never take my car here again.
