I never got a text/ or a call about the service update on my car. I called 3 times and never got a call back until about 32 hours later!!! Terrible communication! My wife and I had to leave early in the morning for an anniversary trip and now I’ve spent way too much time dealing with something that should have been easy.
Not happy with the service and the attitude of the personnel.

I liked that the effort was made to minimize the amount of cost to fix the problem and also to make a thorough check out of the car and find out if there is anything else that needed to be done. I didn't do the recommended things at this point but I certainly am advised of what the car needs thank you
