When I talked to Cierra the first time I told her I needed all my service done in one day. She said she would have the graphics department and glass department call me. Neither did. I called the next day and talked to Jara. She also zsaid she’d have those two departments call me. They didn’t. I called again the day before I came in and talked to Kelsie. She referred me back to Cierra. As it turned out if those two departments had called me the day I made my appointment, I could have had ALL the services completed in one trip. As it is,
I’m having to wait for a windshield to be ordered which may take a couple of more days and then I have to wait to hear back from the glass department to then schedule me to come in for a 2nd visit. It’s about a 40 mile round trip for me to get your “service”.
Allie was awsome, and Micheal helped hugely. Great experience.
My only dissatisfaction is in regard to "shop fees" which I believe are deceptive and should either be eliminated or included in the quoted cost of the service.
Was pleased with the beginning. However when I checked out. I had a different person and he wasn't as pleasant to deal with.
Chuck is the best Service Rep I’ve had the pleasyof working with at DH Honda.
I wanted to thank Cierra for going the extra mile and getting all the tape residue off my window. I really appreciate her extra effort in making my life a little easier. Also to thank her for asking how my dog was doing, I was in a few months earlier and she remembered my dog was at the emergency vet.

Very good service! Time was less than I expected, was informed by text when the car was ready and had to pay less than I was told from beginning because the agent checked the car warranty which covered about % 50 of the the total cost! Thank you so much Ciera! I also appreciate the free car wash coupon! :)
