I plan on asking for Shawn again. I appreciated him taking time to answer all questions (not just from me. I noticed him doing this for others.) He was friendly and seems trustworthy.

The appointment was fine. After getting the car home it continued to make the noise it made before I brought it in and paid over $1000 to get fixed. Called the dealership and Ricki told me to bring it back in and “they’d do their best to fit it in.” No care for the fact that I just spent a lot of money and my car wasn’t fixed. When I told her I had to go without a car for two days and take time off work in order to get it fixed and that an appointment might be better than just popping by, her response was “well you will just have to leave it again for diagnostics”. Didn’t offer to help schedule an appointment or again, show any empathy. Best display of poor customer service I have seen in awhile.
The service department is terrible. All they want to do is argue with you and also left scratch marks on my new car.
