Cierra was great. Not happy with the way the service techs replaced our bra on the side mirrors. They could have done a much better job.
We truly do not like to complain but the work was not done up to par.
Jerry was great, I would ask that the dealership be more forthcoming about what the manufacturer recommends and not what the dealership recommends. For example the dealership says that the service indicated by the 3 on the reminder means I need a $200 transmission fluid change when actually I only need a $130 transmission drain according to Honda. These kinds of miscommunications can lead to distrust amongst you And your costumers. Jerry did a great job explaining the differences in service and I appreciate the time he took with me. He was very friendly and did a great job.
When I picked up my crv after getting service it had a large scratch down the passenger door of the car. I noticed this about 10 minutes after I drove off and immediately came back and called. When I came back to ask how they were going to make it right all I was told was to call the manager on Monday. I had to insist that they take pictures of the damage done to my vehicle while at **** Hannah Honda. I was extremely not impressed at the lack of customer service and the amount of time that I had to stand there waiting to be told there wasn't a manager available to speak with and I will need to call on Monday. I left frustrated, feeling that they didn't care about me or my crv and and already expensive visit is going to cost me more due to the damage done. I will probably look at other Honda dealership and service centers in the future in hopes of a better experience.
