I purchased a 2018 crv exl last year. It has a known oil dilution problem. I hear a whirring noise while I drive and there is a strong gas odor in my cabin. I have a 3 year old with asthma breathing in gas fumes everyday. The gas oil dilution and overfill have been confirmed by your service team with as oil change solution. Not even 48 hours after I had my oil changed it is black again, and severely diluted with gasoline again.I reached out to the GSM of the sales department and asked him to repurchase the vehicle and he encouraged me to file lemon law. **** Hannah Honda of Vancouver sold me a car with a defective engine, which is a huge safety hazard and health hazard with the gasoline odor in the cabin. Gas diluting into the engine with inevitably cause complete engine failure. Cierra is great, she’s a great service rep and has nothing to do with any of this. I’d give her 5 stars if I could.
