Wonderful service and Cierra was absolutely great
I don't understand why I had an appointment for 9:20am, got there at 9:12am and had to wait before they serviced my vehicle. It took over 2 hours to have an oil & filter change and tire rotated.
I was there in the Spring for the same thing, airbag recall/replace. The service tech that helped me then was so thorough and personable. This time the service tech barely said anything to me. When I picked the car up, after signing & initialing a couple of things, he handed me papers and left. No explanation of the suggested services listed like before, no nothing. Maybe he was having a bad day, but seriously, my experiences at your service center have been like night & day!
Service took longer than estimated. When I texted a message to the number I never received a response. As I was driving off the tire warning light came on and I had to drive back to have it cleared.
Leslie was amazing and very patient. She helped me choose just the right tinting. LOVE the outcome! Well done, **** Hannah, well done...

Cierra took ownership of our car not getting serviced at the schedule appointment time and then stayed in touch with me each day until the car was ready.
Austin did an excellent job of keeping me informed and making sure I understood the services being provided.
The young lady that welcomes me understood my fears and was very concerned. I truly appreciate that.

My original service pro came to the waiting area for an update and I had as told” I’ll be back in a minute with your paperwork and schedule next appointment. I waited at least 10-15 more in waiting are, received a phone call on my cell that my car was ready. Different Service Pro who was not aware that I was as in a he waiting area.”, didn’t know that I needed next appointment or my service record was stamped that was right on my front seat. Apparently my original Pro went to lunch but didn’t inform her replacement of my being on site or that I needed an another appointment. He didn’t know what kind of Honda that I had. Total disconnect between these two. Service on my Honda was fine, but the 2nd customer service pro was not good
On time, on estimate (actually saved), professional service from drop off to pickup.
I was disrespected and not listened to. Completely not satisfied with this experience.
