I was very unhappy with the way chuck was handling my issues with my car, he spoke to me like a robot. I caught him in a few lies so it made me extremely worrysome and made me feel very uncomfortable to deal with him, because I worried about what else he was being untruthful with me about. he left for a week on a vacation and didn’t even tell me until a lady by the name of Natalie took over, contacted me and I really liked and appreciated Natalie helping me out, she was extremely helpful and honest and I felt more at ease and comfortable with her. Overall great customer service and communication
I’m giving my satisfaction of my visit to Honda for a recent express service a no because this was our second time to try to get the car in for an express service. The first time they said it would take three hours to get it done so we declined. This time the service was to take an hour and a half and we’re coming up on two hours before I got with a service manager to get an up date. The service manager had them finish up the service and we were not charged, which I appreciate. Express service need some fixing. Tyler was ver professional and answered all our questions. On a sidenote the gearshift on our CRV fell apart while my wife was out with it which we found out was part of a recall. My wife drove the car straight to Honda and she was help by Chuck Ansted who was a huge help to her and immediately fixed the problem getting her back on the road! Thank you so very much for a great response in attending to very need so quickly!
