Overall, he was nice and did a great job! However, I didn’t understand what is that misc fee for? I got $10 discount from the coupon but I didn’t get 10% discount from my rewards card. It confused me. Anyway, next time I will understand the price better before I confirm the appointment.

Waited 1-1/2 hours to have a flat fixed, to be told AFTER talking with the tech that he found a nail so not able to fix. He also told us he got bombarded with paperwork so wasn't able to tell us sooner. He could have let us know right away instead of making us wait.

I don't feel like for my last two visits that I was quoted fairly and feel like I paid more for the services received than I should have. After researching the parts and type of labor needed for the work that was done I question what I was charged.
