I was slightly over my mileage for my warranty to still be valid, but they still honored the warranty and replaced my battery for free. I’ve already referred 2 clients, and I will continue to do so even more now that they went above and beyond to make me a happy client. Thanks **** Hannah Honda!! Tire pressure light came on after a 30 minute drive
We had two vehicles coming to walk in express service (oil change only) and was told the second one would take an hour+ longer than the 2~3 hours for the first. Not a big deal, went to D.H. Subaru with the second car for a 3 hour estimate. First one was done at Honda in less than 1.5 hours so my wife went home with the first while I waited at Subaru for another hour when I had wanted both Honda’s serviced by Honda techs originally. Not a big deal, just the estimates could have been better.
They told me I was second in line and a simple oil and filter change would take less than 1.5 hours. I was there for 2.5 hours. In addition, they tried to over charge me. They simply forgot my coupon and taking my taxes off (I’m from Oregon). Same exact thing happened last visit! I have Serviced my Honda Odyssey at **** Hannah since I moved to Oregon (6 years ago). I’m actually going to try somewhere else next time.
