The Honda service was top notch.
My car was sent out a second time for interior detailing, while they did a lovely job shampooing my cargo area they forgot to get the popcorn out of the console hinge area even though it was listed on the work order.
Jerry did a fantastic job keeping me updated on my cars status. I appreciate his courtesy, care and knowledge of the issues.
I also had my car sent out for interior and exterior detailing. They did not pay as much attention to detail as I would have liked.
Service good circumstances were not

Service person listened to my problem and duplicated it. Quickly wrote up a work ord. Anticipating the need, the team had the parts needed ready, replaced and tested within minutes. I was on my way without leaving my car. Great job and teamwork. Thanks
The oil change was ok, as usual.
But I worry about a signal on my dashboard that had been checked but no cause was found so, there is no solution for that ; what matters is : me, paying $140 so Honda can say (for the third time) “we didn’t find any thing wrong, maybe bad gas, maybe, we are not sure...”

I didn't even have an appointment today. Austin got me in for an oil change, brakes and rotors and replaced my failing battery. It took 2 hours. This is excellent service.
The price I was quoted wasn't the grand total, including tax. So I was very surprised when I came in to pay because the cost wasn't the amount I was expecting to pay and thought I had authorized. When the total is almost $100 more than expected, that's significant.
