I’m a little tired of the major upselling that you guys do. I realize it’s a major part of your profit but it’s not ethical to tell customers they need something when it not true. On two separate occasions we were told we needed new tires. False both times. This most recent occasion I was told that our tires had uneven wear with some cupping and needed to be replaced and aligned.. Said it would not be good to go into the winter with them like that. I declined and went straight to my tire supplier. They laughed. Wear is not uneven and alignment is fine. (Maybe some very MINOR cupping) Tires have 50% tread left on them. Really guys? I always take your recommendations with a grain of salt but I do think about the people that don’t know any better. Just a thought...
