I always appreciate the customer service at Honda but Tyler was not friendly at all. Maybe he was having a bad day but he seemed annoyed the whole time. I was happy someone else was able to check me out and give me my keys.
Jeff was very thoughtful and communicated with us along the way. He also graciously arranged for transportation home and back to pick up my van. That makes a lot of difference. Very grateful to have our van in working order again.
Everyone I dealt with today was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful! Shawn sent me updates to let me know how far along in the process my car was and he got me out of there earlier than expected - wahoo!
