Allie is wonderful. She represents Honda very well. She is helpful and has such a positive attitude. I was very impressed that although I told her I did not need a ride, when she saw me walking in the cold morning temperate she once again offered me a ride with one of the drivers and even suggested that I could take a loaner car. She seems to always think about the needs of the customer. Thank you Allie.

Michele is really great to work with. She was very helpful, kind and well informed. The whole process felt so streamlined, it was flawless really. When she was done checking us in, the person with the loaner car key was standing right next to her ready to go, not a second wasted. Her time estimate for completing the work was accurate and we were on our way quickly. We have worked with Michele in the past and we will definitely be asking to work with her again in the future.

I specifically asked the lady helping me (Tiffany) to let me know if my transmission fluid needed replacing but not to replace it. She told me she would write a note to Service that told them to text me if it needed replacing and not to go ahead and replace it. After coming back to pick up my car from what I thought was an engine oil change and check-up, I’m slapped with a bill for $250 because the transmission oil had been replaced without my consent.

I had my car at Honda a few weeks back for a recall. I was told $60 to have my lights buffed out,I was surprised today when total cost was $80. They did a great job,but all employees should know the cost
