He apologized for the long wait. Which I appreciated but it was a last minute appointment that he was able to squeeze me in. I had no problem with the time it took, but it was great he recognized the length of time it took. Super thorough, great about explaining everything. Really great customer service. Thank you.

There was a lack of urgency when I dropped off my vehicle. I chose that drop off time because it would allow me to get my kids to school on time. I let people know when I arrived that I was in a hurry to get my son to school on time and he didn’t really seem to care that I had a frustrating experience the day before.
