We recently moved from the SF Bay Area and it’s always good to know there’s a Honda Dealer/Service Center near by. We’ve owned Honda vehicles for 27 years now, and would not put our money anywhere else!!! Thanks Austin, my wife’s Honda will need a service soon, see ya then.

He apologized for the long wait. Which I appreciated but it was a last minute appointment that he was able to squeeze me in. I had no problem with the time it took, but it was great he recognized the length of time it took. Super thorough, great about explaining everything. Really great customer service. Thank you.

My previous visit I rated my experience, very good, only to end up having trouble. I’ve driven my vehicles home and everything seems good. I can give you a fair evaluation in a couple of days.
There was a lack of urgency when I dropped off my vehicle. I chose that drop off time because it would allow me to get my kids to school on time. I let people know when I arrived that I was in a hurry to get my son to school on time and he didn’t really seem to care that I had a frustrating experience the day before.
