Why would you guys replace wipers without confirming with the owner that it was needed? We just replaced them less than 3 months ago with above grade wipers. We we're told they were replaced today. Beyond that, the service from Jerry was fine. It just seemed that when we drop it off for a recall and an oil change, it shouldnt cost $120 (about) for that.
