I was told I wouldn’t need to be taken to the Mall because the Oil Change people were slow when I got there. I said so this is not going to be a 1 1/2 hour to 2 hour wait? He said no. I then said, “so you think I should wait at the dealer?” He said, “yes”. Well it took 2 hours. Also, I have an issue with him going over my paperwork. He discounted a Failed - Critical Concerns as something I can do it within the next year. I had to ask him to go ask the service person for clarification. I do not want to get him in trouble. This was my first experience with your dealership since I just moved to Vancouver.
My car seems to have more power,and the brakes work better, and I have heat without even turning it on great job and a special thank you to Jeffery Munson for being so helpful and responding promptly.

Our car was taken in for a recall on the passenger airbag around 10:00am and was allowed to be taken out around 1 pm. The car was given back without the the passenger dashboard completely clicked is so it was loose and could even be lifted from the bottom up. We had to bring it back later to be fixed because at the time we had taken it we did not notice. Thankfully it was fixed when we made it back to the service area. Not completely satisfactory but the car was fixed so everything is fine and it was no big deal! We were still happy she fixed our passenger airbag for safe driving.

I was very frustrated seeing the final bill after going in for a regular oil change. My wife dropped off the vehicle and we ended up with a $230. I was not contacted for these extra services and thought recommendations would have been more appropriate.

Your personal is great, they let me use their lyft, was awsome, the only thing that i didnt like was that i wanted to have the transmission fluids replaced and no body told me they couldnt do it until i pick up the car,Nissan **** hannah in portland told me you guys could have it done and made the appoitment with Honda **** hannah...i just waisted about 3 to 4 hrs on only oil change, my car its due for the transmission maintenence, just disaponted that no one told me from the begining that you guys were not able to complete the transmission maintenence, other than that like i said..i love taking my car to **** hannah..
