We had to wait much longer than we were told it would take. From conversations with the staff in the service writing area, I gathered that the car was finished, but the "too busy" service writer, Tiffany, didn't tell us because she was too busy on other matters.
Everything was wonderful from beginning to end. Shawn kept me updated on the work status of my vehicle, either through text or call. I appreciate all of his assistance and look forward to working with him again.
The service was good except someone broke my phone mounth. it's just a suction mounth it's pretty easy to remove but instead he broke it.

She handled everything professionally and kindly, and provided a Lyft service to take me home to wait for the repair to be completed, to get another Lyft ride back to the service center to pick up my car.
Unfortunately, as there was a complication with my business, I was not able to pick up my car on the same day. When I called to ask about picking ip the car next day i was reassured it wouldn’t be a problem.
When I called the next morning to pick up the car, and asked for my Lyft rude to be arranged, Michelle was not in, but I was told someone else would take care of it for me. I waited for a few hours, and called back, as I heard nothing back. I was told the same thing by the person who answered my call. I called again a few hours later. Then the third person that I spoke with told me that my house was too far for them to give me a Lyft service! The first two confirmed my address, but made no such comments.
It was a frustrating day for me.

Check in was slow. But what bothered me most was watching Che (think that was the guys desk name) open a new pilot door and started to get in. He caught himself, stuffed the half eaten cheese burger in his mouth and half whipped his hand on his pants before getting in. No new car owner wants greasy food hands getting into their car. It made me question what is allowed behind customers view if this is allowed in the check in area.
