I had to reschedule an appointment to have rock chip repair on my windshield because it wasn't done the first time I took my car in.

My appointment time changed drastically from approximately 2 hours to over 7 hours before I was able to pick up my car. I believe I understand why, but more communication about how and why so much more time was added to my visit would have been appreciated so I could have made alternative transportation plans.

I appreciate the service that was done on my tires. Although, I requested 3 different times if they would wash my car afterwards, they did not, I had waited an hour and 1/2 and brought it to their attention. She said sorry, would you like to wait to have it done? I said no thanks. Quite frustrating. Brenda M

Gentleman was great and very professional, if more where like him would be a pleasure to come down all the time.
Everything was fine, except the car wash. The top wasn't washed, bugs on front bumper, windshield and side mirrors. Windshield looked like it wasn't washed at all. I was given a free car wash card, but that took more time and I don't like using car washes.
