I received a letter in the mail yesterday that my 2017 CR-V was part of a recall. I had already scheduled my oil change for today and was happy I was notified the day before so I could go in to get both things taken care of. I was very disappointed to learn you don't have the parts in. Michele explained Honda sent out the letters and the parts aren't even all made yet, but perhaps you could pass on the feedback to Honda how it goes for a customer to receive the letter and then not be able to have it taken care promptly. I look forward to when the parts are in. Otherwise, everything else went as I expected. Thanks!

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and a car inspection to avoid waiting for hours. I showed up and was told it would be two hours total, about an hour in my car had not been worked on yet. At that point I ask how long it would be and was told an hour an a half. I asked for them to do the oil change and get me my car and skip the inspection since they are obviously extremely slow and I was at the appointment with my small children who were quickly growing impatient in the waiting room (of which we made an attempt to clean the toys because they were all sticky and dirty). I end up getting my car back from the oil change about 2 hours later, which is an extremely long time for a scheduled appointment, of which at the time I was told the other concern with my car was looked at and taken for a test drive to evaluate the problem (I don't believe it because the mileage on my car didn't not change from when I dropped it off). I was very disappointed and likely will not return. My car has only been serviced at the original Honda dealership of purchase and they had much higher standards that they provided to customers, such as washing and vacuuming my vehicle after every service. I think the **** Hannah location has issues with their scheduling business model and their performance management. Someone should consider investing in a professional to assess the problem and make changes. I also got some snarky stares from the lady working in the sales room, she was bigger and had blonde hair.

The estimate was spot on. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and friendly. Another business recommended more than we needed but your service experts explained it wasn't necessary and would add undo expenses. Wonderful, timely and courteous.
