I was very impressed with the thorough inspection of my vehicle prior to delivery. In addition, the fuel tank was full which I've not commonly experienced when purchasing a new vehicle. Instructional information was comprehensive and the staff very friendly and accommodating. I would be happy to recommend Shawn and your dealership in Vancouver to anyone interested in a Honda. I love this place! Seriously. Customers are treated really well here and it is greatly appreciated. Shawn Bonebrake is the best. My wife was not given the temporary tag/permit before driving away with our new vehicle. I realize things get busy and details can get overlooked, but something like this makes me wonder what other types of details get overlooked at **** Hannah. If indeed the reason is because things get overwhelmingly busy, then I would suggest hiring more people to alleviate the work overload. We are faithful customers of **** Hannah, and we've had good experiences with your employees being nice. Unfortunately your administrative processes have much to be desired. Driving off the lot without the required documents is unacceptable. This being a perfect example of the types of administrative details that need to be improved.
