Chuck was very nice and has great customer service. Even through all my dumb questions and while waiting for my phone call I had to make. I also very much appreciate the honesty that Chuck and your whole service team showed. I came in ready to spend hundreds of dollars on my service (I thought something was wrong with my car) but nobody took advantage of my naive ideas. I was only sold the $45 oil change that my car actually needed. Thank you, Chuck and the rest of the team.

We didn't have an appointment, but the oil icon light came on the previous evening so we brought the car in to be checked. It required major work, and Austin got the major part done. We are bringing the car back next week to take care of oxidation on the headlights and replace a couple of bolts anchoring an air housing.

I'd asked that after my airbag recall fix, you get the vehicle to glass repair for service there. Although your text said you finished my vehicle at 12:17pm, I got no information about the glass repair. Surprised at pick-up next AM that glass work wasn't done. No notes in service log about why.

When picking up my vehicle after service was completed I felt uncomfortable by the fact that no service rep acknowledged my presence. I understand that they are serving other customers, but a simple "I'll be with you in a moment" would have gone a long way.
