Was expecting text alerts, however; notifications was done mainly through email. As I was sitting in the waiting room, and was expecting texts, I found out an hour after the service was completed that it was done.

I didn't receive the service I initially came in for. I called yesterday and scheduled to have my car waxed and buffed. When I came in today I pointed out a scratch that I would like taken care of and stressed cleaning the windshield inside and out. They did a good job taking care of the scratch and washed the car (left water spots on the back) but didn't wax and buff the car. Jeff was really apologetic but I was pretty upset.
I received very friendly and helpful service. With everything explained to my satisfaction.
