I call in ask to look at my Honda Odyssey airbags. They told me around 2 hours and today I was waiting for almost 4 hours and the answer it will need further troubleshooting to determine cause of failure. I think that is unprofessional make wait that long.

I am not sure how you wash a truck without washing the roof or any of the windows,tail gate,tonneau cover or bumpers...it looks like all they did is wash the hood and doors and nothing else...and that was barely done...

Service was done a little earlier than predicted. Service by Michele was courteous and I left very satisfied.
It took 3 hours to complete a simple oil change. Everyone was friendly but when someone tells you it's almost done, just 5 mins and it ends up being another hour, it's very frustrating especially when you have a restless toddler with you. We have always been satisfied with the service but 3 hours is a little too long, I wish I would have been given a realistic time frame!
