Do not contact me. Rep called me informing me of 2 outstanding recall issues, one of which, she said was so dangerous they offered to tow my car in. She said a loaner car would be available when I dropped my car off. Of course I was concerned so took my car in the next morning, leaving plenty of time to get back in time for my video conference call. Arrived at dealer and was informed there was only one issue and it was the passenger air bag recall... no new news. Service rep said there was no second issue. Worked it out to have the driver side air bag checked too. Turned out there was NO loaner car. Had to spend the next hour renting a car from Enterprise which Honda paid for. But it took so long I could not make my conference call so 5 people had to reschedule. This is a small issue but the visit was topped off by service rep texting me that all was complete and my car was in the queue to be washed. I arrived later and the car had not been washed. CAN YOU UNDERSTAND WHY I AVOID **** HANNA HONDA AT SLL COSTS?

Great service all around. Love the new waiting room with the TV in a separate area. Lisa was friendly, prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The shuttle driver was likewise friendly, efficient, and quite knowledgeable. Good experience all around.

Darin handled the air bag recall for my '06 CRV, with professionalism, and gave me a complete report on the condition of my vehicle's other needed repairs. I appreciated having the upcoming repairs prioritized, and explained for me to best understand what was needed, why, and how soon it should be done. Please express my thanks to Darin, the service technician(s), and parts department, for their efforts in making my vehicle's air bags safe again.

I was disappointed with the lack of communication, the length of time waiting for a replacement vehicle, the answer to the high pitched whistle, which is still present. The answer being it's from the turbo. Poor design if that is true, I don't trust the answer provided.
